Bugs Away
Coursera Game Design 3D FPS assignment.
Created by Sergey Kubyshin with assets from MSU.
Controls:
- WASD : movement
- Mouse movement : direction
- Mouse left click : fire
- Mouse wheel / numbers : weapon select
I have made multiple modifications to the tutorial project:
- Created three completely new and coherent levels, each with its own mission and specifics:
- Level 1 requires to find and activate several transmitters
- Level 2 is a night level which requires to navigate a low lit scene
- Level 3 is intense fight with enemy spawners and the boss
- Created Objectives page and updates which track progress in the game
- Added new graphical and lighting items to improve game aethetics
- Modified player movement to make it move and fall realistically from steep slopes
- Created controllable door button and switches scripts using free 3D assets
- Created a Goals Tracking logic which requires set of goals to be achieved for the user to progress to next stage
