Rooms of Plats
Coursera Game Design 3D Platformer assignment.
Created by Sergey Kubyshin with assets from MSU.
Controls:
- WASD : movement
- Space : Jump
I have made multiple modifications to the tutorial project:
- Created new and coherent level, composed of several rooms each with its own specific.
- Made Double Jump Pickup with its own 3D model which enables double jump. Created on screen message to indicate when double jump available.
- Created new damaging floor type: Lava
- Made some platforms in the last room blink and disappear when player steps on them.
- Modified some Push Traps to be activated by player approaching.
- Made a flash effect to indicate when player receives damage.
